It was great for ground school but the faa test question bank was superb. For your written I would just study from the FAA question bank as long as the test study kits you use are using actual FAA questions you will have no problem. Unfortunatly, you will still need to use the Haynes manual for oral prep to study for the oral. It is all the same concepts so it is not much more of a reach. I am sure there are people that ace the bugger, I took too much time and studied too much for my written, I wish I had put that time into preparing for my check ride instead.
